Locals will have a chance to see a school day in action at the Esperance Anglican Community School open morning on Wednesday, November 13.

Interested community members and prospective parents and students will be able to meet new executive principal Jason Bartell, staff, students and tour the school.

EACS assistant principal Lisa Marquis said the open day was a great way to gain an insight into the school.

"Visitors will be able to talk to students and staff as they tour the school and see classes in action during a normal school day," she said.

"We are looking forward to making our school accessible to the community."

The morning will provide an insight into the range of programmes and facilities offered at the school including boarding, music, academic options and Big Picture education.

The open morning starts at 9am and will conclude by 11am after morning tea.
