The Growers Market takes place once a fortnight come rain, hail or shine, Saturday mornings from 9-11am Nulsen Primary School on Saturday 19th October. The Museum Village Markets will be held Sunday 27th from 8:30-12:30pm. Peruse the crafts and local bits n bobs and grab a bite to eat on a beautiful Esperance Sunday morning.

Esperance & Districts Agricultural Show is on 18th -19th October, some highlights include Ricochet Circus, Dinkum Dinosaurs, Bird & Animal Park petting zoo, Celebrity chef Tanya Kitto and don't miss out on the spectacular Fireworks display Friday night 8.00pm.

If decluttering is over-rated and you were chasing a bargain or twenty, then be sure to follow the Garage Sale Trail this Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th. Garage Sale Trail is one big weekend of garage sales happening right across Australia. Let's Reuse, Reduce waste and Recycle pre-loved items, unused Chrissy presents or unwanted tools/appliances. One person's trash is another person's Treasure!

For the more cultured among us, The Cannery Arts Centre is hosting Ngala Wongga (Come Talk) an ART ON THE MOVE touring exhibition. Displaying a series of aerial photographs that captures the ethereal beauty and unique shapes and textures of the Goldfield's salt lakes, using landscapes, portraiture and multi-media art of Martine Perret. Bijou Theatre Esperance is hosting everyone's favourite outlaw - Robin Hood & Babes in theWoods, a pantomime by UK playwright Ben Crocker. A bright musical comedy featuring dance, slapstick comedy, audience participation and over-the-top villains and heroes. Coming up later in October is Sun Rising, a presentation of the two biggest names in Rock n Roll, Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis in a foot stomping new show THE KILLER VS THE KING.
