Carpark Social kicked off their musical journey about three years ago. Paul Ricciardo and Dan Seinor joining forces to bring some brilliant original music to life.

The guys where impressive from the start at Cannery Arts Centre Open Mics.

The duo established a solid grounding with a quality repertoire with Blues/Rock N Roll leanings. In those early sets Dan would play a snare and kick drum, giving a full sound to what the guys could create as a two piece.

It made sense though that Paul and Dan would go on the hunt for a full-time drummer and bass guitarist, a goal they have been successful in achieving with the addition of Jon Carlson on drums and Scott White on bass.

Both lads are epic musicians and have allowed Carpark Social to develop a well-crafted overall sound. Carpark's latest line-up kicked off with a brilliant gig supporting Eugene Hideaway Bridges at The Cannery Arts Centre in early 2019, and it's not surprising that the group have been added to the Blues At Bridgetown Music Festival for the second year running joining two other Esperance local acts on the line-up in Steve West and The Billy Baxter Kentet and Grand Casual.

Before they head across to Bridgetown the lads will join Denmark locals the Myles Mitchell Trio at the Pier Hotel across two nights of sweet entertainment.

Head to The Pier on Friday October 18th and Saturday October 19th (Show Weekend) from 8.30pm to catch Carpark Social and The Myles Mitchell Trio live in the front bar. With free entry this one promises to be all the fun in the world.

After a short break in the Live Music Program at The Cannery, the space will be reignited in sound for Balmy Nights on November 16th from 4pm in the Cannery Round Garden.

This event will be a classy affair with a solid line-up of local businesses and creatives lending a hand in making it so. Now for a quick roll call, epic thanks to Brodeine and Deine, Haylee Thornton, Love Childs and The Esperance Tide for jumping on board to guide the creative concept and decorations on the day for Balmy Nights, you girls are absolute legends.

Along for the ride we have Lucky Bay Brewery, Juncture Cart Pop Up Cocktail Bar and Livvy at Rolled with Love providing food and beverages for the evening.

Big thanks to REX for sponsoring the event and helping to get down two brilliant Perth ladies, electronic producer singer songwriter Jamilla (nominated for six WAMawards) and Fieldsy amazing artist and all round legend.

Closer to home with have local ladies Rachel Vibart and Dr Tasty set to perform, these girls are both amazing musos and can't wait to see them mix it up with some well-established WA acts.

And finally, we have MissGenius indigenous Hip Hop artist based out of Kalgoorlie. MissG opened for Grand Casual on our latest Kalgoorlie show and is an absolute weapon (nominated for three WaAMawards).

So all I can say is dive on in and grab those tickets as this one is sure to be brilliant.
