Members of the Hopetoun community will have the chance to join an interactive consultation on voluntary assisted dying legislation.
The Nationals WA leader Mia Davies encouraged people to join a webinar on Voluntary Assisted Dying being rolled out through Community Resource Centres on 21 May.
Health Minister Roger Cook expanded public consultation being conducted by a Ministerial Expert Panel, which had been limited to only four locations outside Perth.
Ms Davies said there would now be an exclusive webinar session delivered through Community Resource Centres to complement additional face-to-face consultations.
"Our team suggested the Department of Health link up with the CRC Network and use the centres videoconferencing technology to engage as many people as possible in the development of this important body of legislation," she said.
The live webcast will include an interactive chat function allowing participants to ask questions during the session.
The webinar will be held Community Resource Centres, including in Hopetoun, on Tuesday May 21, from midday to 1.30pm.
