The Esperance Community One and All Program held from Monday, January 7 to Friday, January 11 saw a strong turnout, with locals and visitors participating.
A total of 332 children, parents and volunteers participated across the five free activities.
Escare youth worker and Community Program coordinator Linda Tobin said the January 2019 program had seen “amazing” numbers.
“We are really thankful to all the volunteer clubs who put their hands up and hosted a session,” she said.
“Thanks also to everyone who has come along and supported us.”
This program was comprised of a games session, surf life saving, netball, lawn bowling and fitness training.
Surf Life Saving had the largest turnout with 83 participants on Wednesday, January 9.
The Program is a joint partnership between the Shire of Esperance, BOICO and Escare.
