Community members gathered for the Turn Blue for a Day march on Wednesday, October 10.
The march is held every year as part of Mental Health Week.
The goal of the march is to raise awareness of mental health, combat stigma and boost community connections.
Mental Health Week runs from Sunday, October 7 to Sunday, October 14.
This year the theme is ‘Mental health starts where we live, learn, work and play’.
Bay of Isles Community Outreach (BOICO) service delivery coordinator Lisa Andre said the weather was perfect for the day and those in attendance enjoyed themselves.
Ms Andre said she was disappointed turnout was lower than previous years.
“The point of breaking stigma is for people to come down and join us, unfortunately we had a smaller group than I would have liked,” she said.
