Great news that Horizon Power has once again been confirmed as the naming rights sponsor for our annual Celebration of Sport in 2018.

So, Horizon Power Sports Star of the Year with be held on November 3, once again to be held in the reception room of the Civic Centre.

Our awards night has many fantastic sponsors including Telstra, Shire of Esperance, Esperance Volunteer Resource Centre, Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, Regional Express (REX), Sports Power, Dempster Sporting, Innertube, Watt Lab and Saltwater Catering are more than happy to continue to support the awards.

In addition the committee is due to confirm the guest speaker for 2018 and we could also have our newest inductee into the Esperance Sporting Hall of Fame which would be very exciting.

So now it is up to your Clubs or Associations to get involved to make the evening a true ‘’Celebration of Sport’’ within our community.

Clubs are reminded nominations for the Horizon Power Sports Star of the Year 2018 close at 5pm on Wednesday, October 3.
