An earthquake struck south east of the small Goldfields town of Norseman at 10:19 pm Wednesday, August 8.
The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.3 on the Richter scale.
According to the Australian Geoscience department the earthquake originated in the afternoon on August 8.
The exact location was longitude- 122.412, latitude- 32.536.
According to the Shire of Dundas no damage was reported (as of time of publication).
