A huge crowd gathered outside the Esperance Civic Centre as the Year 11 and 12 students arrived for the glamorous 2018 Esperance Senior High School Ball.
The Upper School ball was held on Saturday, May 12, with students arriving just after 7:00pm.
The students were chauffeured in vintage cars, limousines and even a fire truck, before walking past over 200 spectators and onto the red carpet.
The dance-off winners were Hayden McDonald, Emilia McCleave, Caitlin Zanker, Memphis Riley-Flynn and Kasey Corry.
Best dressed male was won by Jesse Behsman and best dressed female was won by Ella Coxall.
Joe Kennedy and Kaiyya Bishop were voted the ‘cutest couple’.
Georgia Garratt and Hayden McDonald were voted the belle and beau of the ball.
Esperance Senior High School youth education officer Geoff Poole said the work of the students on the ball committee over the last 10 weeks, in putting the event together, was ‘outstanding’.
Mr Poole also thanked the parents who assisted with decorating, setting up and packing away and the teachers who volunteered their time on the night.
