Esperance Primary School students got a big boost to their learning thanks to the Woolworths Earn and Learn Program.
The school received equipment to assist with many learning areas including ICT, sport and mathematics.
The equipment included a big dump truck, a fraction colour board and an ‘interstar’ jumbo set.
The total value of the equipment given to the school was $2417.40, according to Esperance Primary School.
Woolworths Esperance store manager Matthew Russell presented the equipment to the school on Monday February 26, 2018.
Mr Russell said it was a privilege to support primary education in Esperance.
“Thank you to everyone in the community for your efforts in collecting stickers as part of the program,” he said.
“As a result of your contribution, we are delighted to provide schools and early learning centres with a range of popular resources to support the next generation of our local community.”
Australian schools and early learning centres will receive 300,000 education resources from the Woolworths Earn and Learn program.
Three million students across 15,000 schools and early learning centres in Australia will benefit, according to Woolworths.
