Esperance Police seek community assistance

Esperance Police are calling on the community to assist with an investigation, following the assault of a 64-year-old Nulsen man on Saturday, December 2.

It is alleged the offenders assaulted the man after he exited his Rowse Street residence to speak with them.

At around 10.10pm, the victim, who sustained injuries to his head and torso, managed to get back inside his house where he called to neighbours for assistance.

While inside the house, the offenders allegedly threw garden ornaments, smashing through windows and causing a facial injury to a 38-year-old woman.

Police have begun an investigation into the incident and are asking the four males involved, described as having ‘dark skin’, to attend the Esperance Police Station to assist with inquiries.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact Esperance Police sergeant Todd Pender on 9079 8999.
