An Esperance sales manager with a passion for motorcycles has been recognised for customer service

Full Throttle Auto and Motorcycles sales manager Bradley Landers has taken out last month’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s customer service award.

Mr Landers, who has worked at the store for more than a year, said he was ‘half warned’ the award was on its way.

The sales manager was nominated by a satisfied customer for his ‘exceptional customer service’ and his ‘friendly, genuine and nice’ nature.

Having moved to Esperance in 1994, Mr Landers said he had always had a love of motorbikes.

“My favourite part about working within the business is working with motorbikes, I’ve always ridden and I’ve just started racing motorcross again but I was doing freestyle for many years,” he said.

Mr Landers, who had worked as a farmer for over a decade, said he made the career change because motorcycles were his true passion.

“I got offered the job and I spoke to my old boss and he said ‘you know, that’s what you love and so you should go and do it’,” he said.

“I love working for the business and getting to deal with motorbikes and this is my first time working out the front.

“I’m normally behind the scenes, so the last year and a half has been pretty new to me, getting to deal with people.”
