A Nulsen man who allegedly challenged a 53 wagon train by waving a piece of wood in a threatening manner has appeared in court.
Arthur James White allegedly stood in front of a Aurizon train at the intersection of Pink Lake and Harbour Road on May 25 at 11.10pm.
The 53-year-old was represented by a duty lawyer from Legal Aid WA, who sought adjournment for legal advice.
White didn’t enter a plea.
White was ordered to pay a personal bail undertaking of $500 and will return to court on September 5.
