Esperance man to face court for reckless driving in Nulsen

A 25-year-old Esperance man has been charged with reckless driving and failure to report an accident after allegedly crashing into fences following a party in Nulsen.

On September 22 at 11:30pm the man was leaving the Heenan Street party where he allegedly revved the engine of his Holden utility and accelerated from a standstill.

Police will allege the man lost traction on the road and crashed into fences of two properties after leaving a 40-metre stretch of black tyre marks.

The man is said to have left the scene after causing significant damage to both the fences and his own car.

Police arrested the man on September 24 and seized his car for 28 days.
