EDFA teams face off for round 8

Gibson trailed by two goals at the main break.

It was a low scoring affair when Gibson took on Ports in round eight of the Esperance District Football Association.

Gibson had the game in the bag with a two goal lead at half time.

The weather must of played a part in the match with teams only being able to kick two goals each in the second half.

The final score was 5.5 (34) to 7.9 (51).

The Ports reserve side was able to celebrate a hard fought win against Gibson.

Ports were accurate early, kicking four goals straight in the first half.

Both teams were able to kick three goals each in the second half with Ports holding onto the lead.

The final score was 7.3 (45) to 5.4 (34).
