ON Tuesday night October 20 five members and four visitors turned out to contest the Air Pistol match. First place off pistol went to Susan Bartle with a score of 505 followed in 2nd place by Kieron Smith on 501. The minor place went to Len Johnson with a score of 494. Phil Mills was next on 468 with Jayde Johnson posting 437 then visitors Rohan Mackenzie 359, Luke Trueman 295, Gary Sidler 239 and Geordie Mackenzie 130.

Off handicap honors went to Susan Bartle with an aggregate score of 2595, Phil Mills was 2nd with 593, Jayde Johnson took the minor spot with 567 and Len Johnson posted 560. The other shooters do not qualify for a handicap score.

Sunday morning October 25 saw five members and three visitors front the firing line to contest the Mandar Match. First place off pistol in the centre fire section went to Brendan Bartle with a score of 411, Phil Mills was 2nd on 372 with Kieron Smith taking the minor place with a score of 365. Susan Bartle shot 355.

The rim fire section went to Greg Haywood with a score of 397 while in 2nd spot was Rohan Mackenzie on 370. Geordie Mackenzie filled the minor place on 234 with Brandon Foster close behind on 230, while Greg Haywood was the only shooter to qualify for a handicap score of 433 from a possible 480.

Sunday afternoon had eight members and four visitors on the firing line to contest the Standard Pistol Match. First place off pistol went to Noel Blakely with a score of 486, John Ip was 2nd on 465 with Brendan Bartle filling the minor spot with 454, Kieron Smith was 4th on 441 followed by Susan Bartle 390, Alan Gallop 346, visitor Rohan Mackenzie was 7th on 314, Phil Mills shot 309, visitor Luke Trueman was next on 281, Greg Haywood posted 232 with visitors Brandon Foster 95 and Geordie Mackenzie 55.

Off handicap honours went to Greg Haywood with an aggregate of 635 to break handicap by 35 points and this was followed by Noel Blakely and Alan Gallop sharing 2nd spot with 595. Third place went to John Ip on 577, then Brendan Bartle on 569, Susan Bartle 543 and Phil Mills 498. No other handicap scores were posted.
